This iconic 45,000sf complex, built in 1918, consisting of 3 buildings linked by an interior courtyard, once served Worcester residents as a first responders’ headquarters, housing a police station, court house, and fire services. The complex is as unique as it is architecturally significant.

Revitalization will consist of approval of Federal and State Historic tax credits, change of use zoning from commercial to mixed use. When complete 1 Exchange will house 45 residential units along with 3 retail/restaurant spaces. Project completion Fall 2022
