11 North Main St, strategically located in close proximity to Northfield Village. The site formally housed a granite cutting operation, that was abandoned and left vacant decades ago. Northfield Village Development successfully completed the Phase 1 Environmental requirements. Presently with support of the State of Vermont Phase 2 is under way. Once mitigation is complete Northfield Village Development will invest approximately $6,000,000 to build a 25 unit residential complex.
